A Brainomaniac

Streets, lights,
Hangouts, noise, love,
Cheap voices from club...
I'm disturbed.
Dark lanes
Where the pairs whisper.
Murder, rape...
Who cares? Those blisters
Are not gonna help me.
Even not for a while.
You can say me a freak
But it is my style.
So, all I need a paper and pen
And some miles of distance,
Gotta solve those maths tonight!

Night raises
And the lights are off.
Nothing's allowed, not
Even a water drop.
I cannot sleep,
Can’t close my eyes.
Something's squabbling inside,
It feels so nice!
So I walk down to the study room
And have a pen.
With my notes of equation
Gotta twist again!
It’s more effective than a glass of wine
And its heaven with a bit of rain.

The clocks are ticking but they don't count
The time anymore. They're gone, driving around.
I get more affected to this silent sound.
At last some peace could be found!

By the time passes, I see fading out the walls.
My life's now filled only with integrals.
I look beneath and it seems like I've loosen my tracks
And my whole world's gone. Tonight, I'm a Brainomaniac!
