This statue of lion is situated in front of the Victoria Memorial, which is an iconic and heritage place of Kolkata. It was dedicated in memory of Queen Victoria. ভালো নেই মন। কাছে নেই যে আপন। তাই নিজ মনে আঁক কেঁটে যাই। ঘর অগোছালো। কখন আসবে আবার ও? একা কবিতার পাতা ওল্টাই। উপড়ে যাওয়া ঘুড়ির সুতোর মতো ভেসে চলে যাই অজানায়। কিন্তু আকাশপানে একলা পাখির কি দলছুট মানায়? তুই আয়, আয়, আয় ঘরে এসে যা। কাঁদতে লেগেছে এই বদ্ধ হাওয়া। তুই আয় ঘরে আয়, ঘুঁচিয়ে দে রে টান। বড়ো করছে যে আমার প্রাণ আনচান।
